At 7th Hour Apparel, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or unwanted gifts. However, we may offer a store credit at our discretion.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty or not working as expected

  • Significantly different from the description or sample

  • Incorrectly supplied

  • Damaged in transit

…you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Please contact us within [X] days of receiving the item, with your order number and a clear description (and photos, if possible).

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, where possible.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Return shipping for non-faulty items is at the customer’s expense (if accepted).

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund.
